What happens to my file/s after I upload it to your site?

Once you click Checkout upon uploading your file/s, you will be redirected to our payment partner to settle the transaction you are requesting for. You will also receive a message in your registered email address for the official quotation of your requested service/s. You will find the same payment link for your requested job in this email. Once payment has been made, you will receive an invoice and receipt from Stripe, and we will immediately start processing your request. The final output will be delivered to you based on the due date published on the Turnaround Times page.
