What types of document formats do you accept?

For Copyediting services, we prefer Microsoft Word documents, but we can accept other file formats such as Adobe PDF, TeX, and LaTeX. We would then convert the file into a Word document so our editorial work can begin. Your edited manuscript will be sent to you in Word format with the track-changes feature. Note that TeX and LaTeX conversion is a separate service and will be charged with a fee. For more details, please refer to write-ups about our services.

For Artwork services, we accept files in DOCX, PPTX, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF or any MS Office files, image files, and Adobe files.

For LaTeX Conversion and LaTeX Author Support services, we accept LaTeX and Tex files.

For indexing services, we accept Word and PDF formats.
